Megan is a registered trade marks attorney and a member of our Trade Marks Group, which specialises in the protection, enforcement and defense of trade marks in Australia and overseas.
Prior to joining Madderns in 2008, Megan worked as a solicitor at a major corporate and commercial law firm in Adelaide for seven years. During that period she specialised in Commercial Litigation, Commercial Arbitration and Mediation and Intellectual Property Law.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne.
Megan is a member of the SA Committee for the Licensing Executives Society of Australia and New Zealand (LESANZ) and a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ).
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends,travelling, cooking and doing pilates. |
