The Client Workbench

As a client of Madderns, you can securely access your IP portfolio via the Internet. All of your Patents, Trade Marks, Designs, Domain names and even business names can be recorded and provided to you for review, checking and reporting. The CPA Inprotech Client Workbench takes advantage of web technology to provide you and others in your organisation with the ability to access and track your portfolio online. It includes the following information  :

• the number of live pending and registered cases managed by Madderns on your behalf;
• the current status of your cases;
• important dates relating to a case – for example, the filing date, the registration date, the expiry date and the next renewal date;
• the Madderns contact person for each case;
• official numbers;
• renewal information;
• standing instructions; and
• billing details.

Clients are also able to print out their own case status reports in Word, Excel, PDF or XML formats.
